When will our order ship?

We ship the same or next business day. We will email a tracking confirmation upon shipping.

How long does it take to get my order?

In the US, our shipping time is 2-3 business days.

May a package be sent via Express shipping?

Yes. Give us a call please. USPS Priority Mail Express is available with 1-2 business day delivery time in the US, for order placed by 1 PM central time Mon-Fri. We also ship UPS Next Day Air when needed. Please call us for details.

Our clients often order the color crystals any time between 1 and 12 months before the event. We do ship immediately when your order is placed.

Shipping Policy

We ship each order the same or next business day. We ship nationwide, from our studio in Lubbock Texas.

US Shipping is via USPS First Glass Package Service or USPS Priority Mail®. UPS 2nd Day Air®, Or UPS Next Day Air® is also available during checkout.

Each order has three shipping steps. These are all included with your initial order.

Before the wedding, we ship the individually packaged colors.
After the wedding, a prepaid return mailer is provided to simplify the return of the color to our studio.
The final glass artwork made specifically for you.

Shipping costs:

Free Shipping with our larger sculpture, vase, or bowl packages
Standard US shipping is $19.50 for our heart, ornament, or Aurora packages.
UPS Next Day Air®, for the color packets, is $35 for the outbound color crystal shipment.

Each shipment containing a clients color, color mixture, or final glass artwork, will have a tracking number.

When to order:

A few weeks to months before the the wedding.
UPS Next Day Air® is available.
You may change the shipping address for the final glass artwork, after the wedding.

For international shipping, please contact us. Shipments outside the US, will have duty/import taxes, assessed by your home country.
